If someone has a pre-existing condition, can he/she still be a member?
Yes. This is not insurance, so there are no exclusions or access denials because of preexisting conditions. There are no additional fees if the member has a preexisting condition.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. Members must be at least 18 years of age. Dependents or secondary members, can be minors, however a guardian must conduct a medical consultation on behalf of an underage dependant that is on the account.

Are there any limitations as to what medications physicians can prescribe?
Physicians do not prescribe DEA-controlled (Class II, etc) medications.

Prescription Network Savings Card

Do I have to qualify for savings with the card?
No, there are no entry requirements or health restrictions. Anyone seeking to save money on their medical prescription may use the card.

Once I receive my card, how do I use it?
Simply bring your card to the pharmacy and check out just as you would normally. At the register you can present the card to the pharmacist. They will then process your discount and store the card on file for you for future savings. Be sure to keep your card in a safe place and present it every time you fill a prescription.

Can I use this card with my insurance?
Participating pharmacies will only accept either your existing prescription insurance, or our prescription savings card. One of the best ways to use your card is to compare the savings with your existing insurance. In doing so, you can ensure you will receive maximum savings on prescriptions.
